The Pacific Hepatitis C Network Society’s (dba the Hepatitis C Council of BC) AGM will take at the Airport Marriott in Richmond as well on Friday January 22nd. 

It’s our pleasure to invite you to submit nominations to the 2010 Pacific Hepatitis C Network Society’s Board of Directors.  Scroll down this page for important information to read and consider before nominating yourself or another person.  There is also a link for a nominations form with instructions for nominating. To submit the nomination you can:

1. Fill the form in on-line and click the “submit by email” button. You can save a copy for your reference.
2. Fill the form in 0n-line and click the ”print form” button, then mail or fax a copy to us.
3. Print the form, fill it in by hand, then mail or fax a copy to us.

A voting package will be sent out to all members early in January.  Members who wish to vote but who are not attending the conference can vote by mail-in ballot.
